and two other errors which probably are caused by this.
I found that directory on a Windows 10 box, containing four DLLs. I put them all in the wrapper but got the same error. So I looked again and I see that the ones I copied are version 9.00.30729.4148
I see some policy files that apparently support other DLLs with that version number, but there is also a .cat file, so I'm not quite sure what to do.
