Automounting bin/cue files

I have a game for which I have the original CD, which has both application data and CD audio. I've tried ripping the CD to an iso (via Toast) and altering the Wineskin startup/shutdown scripts so that the CD automounts. This works, and manages to fool the application into believing that the CD is inserted, but no CD audio plays. Mounting the iso manually suggests that the CD audio data is simply not present, for whatever reason. (This is a .toast file for which the extension was renamed to .iso...) Is there a way I can rip the CD differently and/or modify the Wineskin startup/shutdown script so that the disc image is automounted and the CD audio plays? I believe bin/cue could work...
