limiting access to /

Hello, I used cfg to remove Z: mapping to / and checked in the wrapper to see there is no symlink to / so this should prevent access to / but still when I restart wrapper, / is visible (not as Z:) in say WinExplorer or dialogs such as open/save. How do I seal off the wrapper so that it CANNOT see / ? Thanks in advance,
